weight loss quick tips


FOOD'S DO'S AND DONT'S





        DON’T EAT
  • WHITE Bread, Rice, Pasta, tortes
  • Cheese
  • High sugar cereals
  • Yogurt that’s not non fat
  • Fast Food
  • Deserts of any kind
  • Foods high in sodium
  • Foods high in sugar
  • Anything really creamy or fattening
  • Miracle whip or mayonnaise
  • Soda
  • Crackers
  • Juice
  • Candy of any kind
  • Instant oatmeal
  • Any microwavable food that doesn’t say lean on it. Don’t eat lean pockets
     

         DO EAT
  • Wheat or Multigrain Bread, rice, pasta, tortias
  • 2 different types of vegetables daily
  • 2 different types of fruit daily
  • Drink 1 gal. of water daily
  • Protein Shakes
  • Foods with good amount of protein
  • White meat
  • Fish

 So here is my story. You have probably herd of the fit to fat to fit  diet, well my diet could be called the fit to fat to fit to fat to fit to fat to fit to fat to fit diet. Here are the weights I can remember I have weighed over the past 7 years or so. 190 lbs. to 216 lbs to 190 lbs to 220 lbs to 190 lbs to 225 lbs to 189 lbs to 231 lbs to 191 lbs to 235 lbs to 193 lbs to 241 lbs to 187 lbs to 254 lbs to 189 lbs and now I'm around 200 lbs. 
 I know pretty bad, but what can I say I love food and its not always easy to keep exercising year round. Gaining weight seems so easy for me. I swear just one cheese burger and I put on at least 5 lbs.  But at the same time Since I have lost a lot of weight over the years I have figured out some pretty effective ways to lose the weight almost as fast.  So my point of this blog is to share some of that knowledge with you. And to share my journey of keeping the weight off for good this time. I'm sure its not healthy to keep this trend up.
